Fast track service  If you need your jewellery order in a hurry, we'll do our best to help, and we don't charge extra for this service.  Our Fast Track service is currently despatching orders within TWO weeks*.  Please note that Fast Track service is subject to studio capacity and may be temporarily withdrawn at especially busy times.  Fast Track orders cannot be hallmarked, so to comply with UK law, items weighing more than 7.78 grammes cannot be described as "silver".  To place a Fast Track order, please call 07939 696 465.  Please don't attempt to place a Fast Track order online.

Current standard studio despatch time  Bespoke jewellery takes time to make properly, and we never rush something as important as your order of fingerprint jewellery.  Our current standard despatch time can be up to five weeks*.  We're certain you'll feel that your Dabs & Doodles custom fingerprint jewellery was worth waiting for! 

Father's Day, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are our very busiest times of the year - please ensure that we have your usable fingerprint kit safely at least six weeks* before these dates to avoid disappointment.

* despatch time stated starts from safe receipt at our premises of your usable fingerprint cast, or handprint/footprint, or usable artwork, as appropriate, so allow extra time for your fingerprint kit(s) to be sent out to you, be delivered, time for you to take the impression, and postage time back to our design studio, when calculating when you'll receive your finished jewellery.
