On receipt of your order, we send you a fingerprint impression kit with full instructions, and a personalisation form. You take the fingerprint imprint at home and send the kit back, giving us details of the personalisation you want. We carefully handmake the jewellery to your 
specifications, and send it to you by a secure delivery method (see Studio lead time & delivery for current despatch times). Easy!
